Privacy
The short version: you can play every game without telling us anything. If you make an account, we keep only what’s needed to save your progress and show leaderboards, and you can download or delete it any time.

Playing as a guest
Your scores, unlocks and settings are saved in your browser’s storage on that device. Nothing about you is sent to us, apart from anonymous error reports if something breaks (see below). No cookies, no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts.
To move progress without an account you can make a transfer code. The code holds your saves, and you copy it yourself. It isn’t sent anywhere.
If you make an account
Accounts are optional. We hold:
- Your email address, only to sign you in with a link or code. We never show it to other players, and we don’t send newsletters.
- A made-up player name picked from a word list (for example “SwiftOtter42”). This is what appears on leaderboards.
- “Old enough: yes”. We ask for your birth year, use it to check, and throw it away.
- Game saves: best scores, stars, unlocks and settings.
- Scores you submit to leaderboards, with the time of each run.
- Sign-in records kept by our sign-in service: when you signed in, your IP address and browser, used to keep accounts secure.
We use this only to run the games, saves and leaderboards. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.
Error reports
If something breaks while you play, your browser sends us an anonymous error report so we can fix it. It has the game, the error message, the page (without any address details), your browser type (for example “iOS Safari”), your screen size, whether you were online, and a random number for that one visit. It holds no account, email, IP address or anything you typed, and we keep it for 14 days. This happens for guests too, because nothing in it identifies you.
Children
Accounts are for players aged 13 and over (16 and over in the EU, EEA and UK). Younger players can play everything as a guest, with progress saved on their device. If we learn an account belongs to a younger child we delete it.
How long we keep things
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Guest progress on your device | Until you clear your browser data |
| Account, player name, game saves, all-time best scores | Until you delete your account |
| Log of individual runs (score, time) | 30 days |
| Daily leaderboards | 8 days |
| Weekly leaderboards | 5 weeks |
| Run tickets (anti-cheat) | About 3 hours |
| Rate-limit counters | 1 day |
| Sign-in records | 30 days |
| Anonymous error reports | 14 days |
| Backups of the database | 30 days |
When you delete your account everything above is removed from the live database straight away. It disappears from backups within 30 days.
Your choices
- Download your data as a file from the Account page.
- Delete your account from the same page. It takes effect immediately.
- Change your player name to another random one from your account.
- Sign out at any time. Your progress stays on that device.
Services we use
- Supabase stores accounts, saves and leaderboards, and sends sign-in emails. Servers are in the United States.
- Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and the sign-in code. Like any website, they see your IP address when your browser downloads files from them.
Questions
You can use the Account page to see, download or delete your data yourself. For anything else, contact the person who runs Mini Games.
